Liaoning Permanent Tyre Co.,Ltd is located in the historical city of Western Liaoning-Chaoyang city, which is known as the first place for a bird flying and a flower blooming over the world. It is a large-scale private enterprise integrated tyre R&D, production and sales, which covers an area of 96500 square meters , and the first professional PCR tyre production base with a full introduction of American advanced manufacturing and testing equipment and DUNLOP tire manufacturing technology. Liaoning Permanent Tyre Co.,Ltd is a restructured company derived from ''Liaoning Long March Tyre Co., Ltd'' which owned its 40years history and superior basic condition. In January, 2007, after the restructuring, Liaoning Permanent Tyre Co.,Ltd was established. Now its products covers about 10 series and more than 150 sizes semi-steel radial tyres. Our main brands are ''PERMANENT'' and ''LUCKSTAR''. All the products are emphasized on high applicability, abrasion&puncture-resisting, high speed, safety and durability. Suitable for all kinds of light trucks, passenger cars, MPV, and SUV, etc... The products have been certified by CCC, ISO/TS16949, DOT, ECE, GCC, and Brazil INMETRO. We cooperate with CHANGCHU FAW and Brilliance through out the year. The products have been exported to Asia, Africa, Europe,America, and Oceania etc, more than 30 countries and regions. The new industrialization project for increasing the annual output of high-speed, energy-saving semi-steel radial tires to 5 million sets has been verified and moved into an action by the governments. That will make the annual output value to 2.5 billion yuan and the scale of annual output to 8 million sets.
