High purity electrolytic copper cathodes are melted in atmosphere controlled induction furnaces and cast as block throught sensitivity controlled vertical continuous casting system. DHP-C, ETP-Cu and DLP-Cu blocks with 175, 230 or 304 mm diameter are cut by flying saw working synchronized with casting speed.
